Jason
Xue
Co-Founder and President
Mr. Xue is a software development specialist with in-depth
expertise in logistics and supply chain management. He has
led engagements in this arena for industry leaders worldwide,
including UPS, Ryder, Sony Electronics of America and Universal
Scientific Industrial.
A graduate of Harbin Institute of Technology in China where
he received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
Mr. Xue came to California in 1997 pursue further education.
Shortly thereafter, in 1998, he earned a master’s degree
in computer science from Azusa Pacific University. His career
prior to founding Saga Technologies was highlighted by several
senior development roles for companies such as ItelliRisk,
RiverOne and Flectech, Inc. His in-depth knowledge of systems
integration, logistics and supply chain took him worldwide,
leading engagements in the United States, Canada, Mexico,
Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan Hong Kong and China.
In 2003, Mr. Xue co-founded Saga Technologies, leveraging
8 years of development and consulting experience to help organizations
utilize IT knowledge and solutions to improve their productivity.
Within a few short years, Saga Technologies has proven to
be a world-class global IT consulting firm providing software
development and technical consulting to prominent clients
in both the public and private sector, including the County
of Los Angeles, USC Medical Center, IBM, Kaiser Permanente,
and ClearPath Networks.
Susan Guo
Creative Director
As an expert on graphic design and user interface development,
Ms. Guo possesses a unique perspective that enables her to
bridge the technical complexities of Saga Technologies’
IT solutions with their intended audiences.
Ms. Guo’s formal education in design includes a master’s
degree from Cal State Northridge in Digital Art and Video.
After earning her degree, Ms. Guo successfully transferred
her artistic knowledge to the realm of business, designing
corporate websites, print and digital marketing materials,
product packaging, multimedia presentations and training interfaces.
However, she kept her academic roots strong – this time
from the opposite end of the classroom as a lecturer for the
Cal State Art Department.
In 2002, Ms. Guo joined Saga Technologies, where she mow oversees
the company’s Digital Design Team. This team tackles
the challenging task of applying its ever-growing design expertise
in collaboration with the company’s technical team to
incorporate a user-friendly, functional and aesthetically
striking interface on every application and website
it designs.
